Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Right Path Wellness Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery.

• Assessing new clients and current patients to determine their treatment needs, organizing daily priorities to ensure effective case management.
\n
• Conducting thorough evaluations of the patient's medical and mental health history to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Diagnosing and treating a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, while adapting your approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals to track progress.

• Conducting psychosocial assessments to identify social, environmental, and personal factors impacting mental health.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and bereavement counseling as necessary, supporting clients through challenging times.

• Complying with all state and federal regulations to ensure quality and safety in care for both staff and patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice at Right Path Wellness Center will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or an equivalent credential.
\n
• Proficiency in using technological tools for documentation, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be highly regarded. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices can be advantageous.
