Position Summary

The Kitting Associate is responsible for preparing and assembling material kits for production orders. This role ensures all required components are accurately picked, verified, and delivered to support production operations in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and kit materials for assigned production work orders
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all components prior to release
• Organize and stage materials to support production flow
• Perform inventory checks and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items
• Maintain clear labeling and proper identification of all kitted materials
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of parts
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and material handling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience
• Ability to accurately count, verify, and track materials
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
