Location: Santa Ana, California
Job Purpose/Summary: Seeking a motivated General Laborer for the 2nd shift to assist with daily production tasks. This role involves ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items.
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and support various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Skills: Ability to follow instructions, teamwork, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: None required, safety training is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Active production floor with varying temperatures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
