Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized wound care management and treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient tracking.
• Float within the same discipline across local facilities as required.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care.
• Work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Qualifications

• Wound Care Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is required.
• At least one completed travel contract is preferred.
• Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the past 12 months.
• A valid driver’s license and license verification are necessary.
• Skills checklist must be completed within one year of application submission.
• One supervisory reference is required at the time of application.
• Applicants must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Working Conditions

This role involves travel and may require flexibility in working hours, including holiday shifts.
