The Role: Sales Representative (In-Home / Remote Follow-Up)

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing qualified leads on gutter services and gutter protection systems. These are warm, company-generated leads homeowners who have already requested an estimate. You are the first and most important impression of our brand. Your job is to educate the homeowner, present the solution, and confidently guide them to a decision. This role is ideal for someone who wants to master sales, earn uncapped income, and move quickly into leadership.

Sales Team Vision

• Run scheduled estimates or follow-up calls professionally
• Follow our proven sales process
• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
• Accurately document notes, pricing, and outcomes

• Consistent monthly sales production
• Strong close rate on qualified leads

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (home services preferred, not required)
• Comfortable selling over the phone and/or in-home
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Reliable transportation (if in-home role)

Location

• Sales Rep travel to prospects' home
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Base Pay + Uncapped Commission (or Commission Only adjustable)
• Top performers earn $100k+ annually
• No cap on income performance determines pay
