All Seasons Sports Grill – To Go Specialist Description All Seasons Sports Grill of White House, TN is located in the northern greater Nashville region. We are seeking customer service oriented To Go Specialists to join our Team providing amazing food, drink and service to our guests who are treated like family! To Go Specialist Job Details This role will involve interacting with guests both in person and on the phone as well as working with third party delivery services. This is a fun, fast paced position with great tip opportunity! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently preparing and packaging take-out orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered to our customers/third party delivery services in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements Answers phone calls and assist guests with placing their To Go order. Maintain a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat clean and professional image. Possess proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests and answer any questions. Monitors and enters all orders from 3rd party To Go platforms into the POS and properly delivers orders to the dedicated drivers. Delivers food and beverages to Guests in a timely manner, which includes retrieving food orders from the kitchen and packaging them in the appropriate containers. Prepares all supplies needed for the shift: condiments, paper goods, etc. Assists other FOH staff members during downtime. Qualifications Has a friendly, conversational and an outgoing personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take direction from the Server/FOH team. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be willing to stand for long periods of time. Dependable, reliable means of transportation. Reliable and flexible with work schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays. Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills. Desire to grow and learn within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Education and Experience Requirements High school graduate or equivalent is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
