Join Our Dynamic Radiology Team as a CT/X-Ray Tech!

Job Description:


- Unit Information:
- Imaging Rooms: 1 CT, 1 Trauma x-ray, 1 Fluoroscopy/x-ray, 2 Portable
- Number of Staff: 22
- Staff Type:
- Day Shift: 1 Lead Technologist, 3-4 Multi-Modality Technologists (CT and x-ray)
- Night Shift: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)
- Weekend Shifts: 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)


- Equipment:
- All GE (Digital Radiology)


- EMR Systems:
- Cerner/PowerChart, PACS Phillips Intellispace


- Typical Procedures:
- All types of CT procedures (No Cardiac)
- CT guided biopsies
- Full range of Trauma Radiology
- Fluoroscopy and C-Arm cases


- What We're Looking For:
- Must Have:
- Experience performing routine CT & CTA exams
- Experience with GE x-ray units and CT scanners
- Preferred:
- Prior history of Radiology travel assignments
- Working knowledge of Cerner & Phillips PACS software applications


- Ideal Candidate Personality:
- Friendly and considerate team player
- Able to work independently as needed
- Compassionate and considerate towards the needs of patients and co-workers


- Required Certifications:
- R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
- BLS


- Floating Areas:
- CT, x-ray, Fluoroscopy


- Dress Code:
- Uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs
