Role: Surgical/OR Tech II Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms, ensure sterilization of instruments, assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, and support safe, efficient, patient-centered care. Collaborations: Work closely with a clinical team to promote quality and safety initiatives, contributing to best practices in surgical services. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of sterilization protocols, surgical procedures, and operating room protocols; strong teamwork and communication skills; commitment to safety and patient care.
