Join our team and help members navigate one of life’s most stressful moments—after a total loss auto accident. You’ll play a critical role in supporting members through the financial aftermath, ensuring they understand their options and receive the best possible resolution.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic, member-focused role, you’ll combine customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional support:

• Review & Audit loan files to ensure all required documents and contracts are complete

• Guide members through filing GAP claims and canceling service contracts

• Manage case data with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality

• Handle 10–30 daily interactions, including inbound/outbound calls and emails to gather information and resolve cases

• Collaborate cross-functionally with insurance companies, GAP providers, and dealerships

• Identify process improvements and share insights to enhance team efficiency and member experience

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (financial services preferred)

• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic

• Ability to multi-task across systems and stay organized under pressure

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.00/hr.
