Do you prefer one-off challenges over endless production?
Do you like owning the setup on Haas mills, dialing in fixtures and tools, and making the edits that turn a blueprint into a flawless part? If so, you’ll feel at home in our true job shop—where every day brings a different print and a new puzzle to solve.
What you'll tackle- Full setup, adjustment, and operation of Haas CNC milling centers
- Precision workholding: align and secure holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials
- Overhead crane use for safe, efficient material handling
- Active process control: monitor feeds/speeds and edit when needed
- Blueprint and engineering interpretation to determine methods and operation sequences
- Accurate determination of part dimensions and tolerances
- Selection of the right tools, machines, and materials for each job
- 5–10 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Thorough understanding of Haas mill setup and operation (experience with HAAS is a plus)
- Comfortable reading drawings and defining the best path to manufacture
- Self-directed contributor who enjoys teamwork and needs minimal supervision
We’re not a production shop. You’ll apply your skill to varied, precision parts—owning your work from setup through run, with the autonomy to make smart adjustments.
Pay$28–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
