Job Description

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $272,300 " $371,300 DOE
• Performance bonus: Up to $32,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus available
• Loan repayment eligible (FQHC program)
• Generous PTO: 4"6 weeks + 9 paid holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care
• Treat acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Help improve patient outcomes and quality of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active California Physician & Surgeon License (or ability to obtain)
• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
