Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including direct care staff, therapists, and medical professionals, to develop person‑centered plans and provide coaching and support
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered services, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and referrals
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional care
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve clinical programs and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Psychology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
• Clinical experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
