Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical to join a fast-paced Inpatient Overflow Unit . The RN will provide high-quality care to general medical and surgical patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure safe, efficient patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Float to other units as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience .
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care setting.
