Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This role focuses on building strong relationships and bonds with patients and their families. Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of dialysis treatments, monitor patient responses, collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, and maintain accurate documentation as directed by the registered nurse. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure. Current IV medication class, if required by state guidelines. Meeting all state and licensing requirements. ESRD experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification. Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals. Effective communication with clients and staff.
