Maintenance Tech II

Description The Maintenance Technician II reports to a Response Technician and Maintenance Supervisor, and maintains company locations and equipment. Requirements Job Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age;
- Prior work experience in maintenance or construction;
- Working knowledge of facility maintenance methods and tools;
- Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills;
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and write;
- OSHA 10 certification;
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record;
- Ability to use ladders on a regular basis;
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time;
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment;
- Remove and replace air and other filters according to an established schedule;
- Property checks with exterior checklist;
- Guest area walk through checks;
- Offices, restrooms, and closets checks;
- Kitchen and bar area checks;
- Maintenance of corporate office campus;
- Respond effectively to emergency maintenance calls during the shift;
- Monitor and respond to SolarWinds calls;
- Access to roof and confined spaces;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
