Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Commission/Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Work from Home Responsibilities Generate new business by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and building relationships with potential clients Provide customized insurance solutions for all insurance needs Educate clients on coverage options and recommend policies that best meet their needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Maintain accurate records of quotes, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM systems (AgencyZoom) Cross-sell additional products and services to maximize customer value Follow up on renewals, client requests, and policy changes as needed Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, compliance, and customer service Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs Qualifications Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required or must be obtained Life & Health License is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Comfortable with phone sales, client follow-up, and CRM systems Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and quoting platforms) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a winning attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
