Job Details: $0.62 - $0.66 per mile Stop pay: $5-$20 per 15-minute increments Breakdown: $15 per hour Hazmat: $25 per load Holiday pay per day: $140 Safety training pay per hour: $20 New hire training pay: $250 per day?
