Restaurant Shift Manager

We are hiring Shift Managers to lead, coach, and work alongside our teams to deliver great food and welcoming guest experiences at Noodles & Company . As a Shift Manager you will: Bring previous leadership or management experience (preferred). Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift. Lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts. Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards. Delegate responsibilities to support smooth service and strong results. Own open, mid‑ or close routines and set the next shift up for success. Recognize team members and celebrate shift wins. Communicate clearly with your team and address issues as they arise. Meet the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds, with reasonable accommodation.
