Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. The role demands strong communication and teamwork skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience required. Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in medical-surgical settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Manage case documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing specialties.
• Additional certifications related to nursing specialties or advanced clinical skills.

Special Considerations:

• Must meet performance expectations; contracts may be terminated if standards are not met.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Scheduling:

• Shift types and schedules to be determined by facility needs.
• May include day, evening, or night shifts based on assignment.
