As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep for Spiked Wireless, your day-to-day activities will be: Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening. Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics. Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location. Being a team player and be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated. Working with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards. Being professionalism and confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features. Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on-time every day, not bringing personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store. To be considered for the position of a Metro by- T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep, Spike Wireless is looking for: 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunication industry At minimum a high school diploma or GED Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude. The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates. Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet. Be coachable and willing to coach others Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.
