Maintenance Leader - Heavy Industrial Operations About the Opportunity Our partner is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance personnel, and daily repair activities within a demanding production environment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for heavy mobile equipment and industrial machinery. Coordinate corrective maintenance activities. Support major repairs and rebuilds Leadership Supervise and mentor a team of skilled maintenance professionals. Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Safety Champion a strong safety culture throughout maintenance operations. Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company requirements. Participate in incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans. Planning & Coordination Coordinate resources Monitor maintenance expenditures. Collaborate with operations leaders. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred. Several years of maintenance experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, construction, or similar environments. Prior leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team. Working knowledge of diesel‑powered equipment and hydraulics This role operates in a heavy industrial setting and requires regular time in production areas, maintenance shops, and outdoor work environments. This position requires flexibility to support operational needs. Occasional off‑shift, weekend, holiday, or emergency response coverage may be necessary.
