Admin - Westerville area

The Admin/CSR is responsible for administrative duties for the office. This position assists as needed and serves as back up for other office positions. The Admin/CSR responds to requests, assists with customer issues, and provides information and assistance to customers and staff as needed. Responds to inquiries, assesses situation, and provides accurate informationin a courteous, polite and professional manner Provides administrative/clerical assistance for office Serves as Community Outreach partner Assists Management team with special projects as needed Provides assistance with document specialist duties as needed Performs Quality Assurance (QA) procedures as needed Processes mail and faxes in a timely manner Maintains confidentiality and security of information.
