This organization has spent more than two decades partnering with leading law firms, corporations, and government entities to develop innovative legal technology solutions. As adoption of AI accelerates across the legal industry, they are expanding their customer-facing team and seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help attorneys successfully integrate AI into their daily practice.

Position Summary

The Legal AI Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to attorneys and legal teams, helping them evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered legal technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice, technology, customer engagement, and product innovation.

An ideal candidates is a practicing attorneys with 3+ years commercial litigation or investigations experience who is passionate about legal innovation and enjoys working directly with clients to improve legal workflows through technology.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Build trusted relationships with attorneys across law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and government organizations.
• Understand client workflows, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies.
• Serve as a credible legal peer and strategic advisor to partners, associates, and in-house counsel.

Pre-Sales Support

• Partner with sales and solutions teams to support client discovery and solution alignment.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing AI capabilities in real-world legal use cases.
• Help legal stakeholders understand the value and practical impact of AI-powered legal technology.

Adoption & Customer Success

• Support onboarding, training, and change management initiatives.
• Guide customers through the integration of AI into litigation, discovery, investigations, and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to drive user adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Product & Market Feedback

• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback on product functionality, usability, and adoption challenges.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to best practices, training materials, and scalable engagement strategies.

Legal Workflow Consulting

• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical legal solutions.
• Advise clients on workflow redesign and legal process improvements.
• Educate internal teams on attorney needs, legal trends, and emerging AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission.
• 3+ years of legal practice experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal department.
• Commercial litigation, investigations, or eDiscovery experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of attorney workflows and legal operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and legal technology.
• Experience in client-facing, consulting, legal technology, solutions engineering, or business development environments is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with legal AI, eDiscovery, or litigation technology platforms is highly desirable.
