Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper is responsible for keeping accurate financial records, which include managing ledgers, processing invoices, and tracking expenses. You'll handle daily financial transactions and ensure that all entries are precise and timely. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. You'll work in an office environment, utilizing financial software to streamline processes and maintain the integrity of financial information. Responsibilities: • Develop financial reports and provide them to stakeholders to facilitate informed choices • Govern adherence to financial regulations and company policies • Coordinate financial transactions each day and verify the accuracy of records • Seek out process enhancements and deploy successful bookkeeping methods • Regularly review and reconcile bank statements and accounts to guarantee accuracy Qualifications: • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks is beneficial • At least five years' experience managing bookkeeping tasks • Experience with GAAP and financial reporting • Completion of a bachelor's program in Finance or Accounting • Meticulous and organized in managing tasks Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
