Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership by delivering financial insights and analysis that support key business decisions. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Lead budgeting and long-range planning initiatives, including annual budget preparation and ongoing performance tracking. Develop forecasts, perform variance analysis, and provide insights into financial results and business drivers. Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams. Drive process improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity. Evaluate and implement enhancements to financial reporting tools, analytics platforms, and business intelligence capabilities. Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages highlighting key performance metrics and business results. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning and organizational performance. Support cross-functional projects, growth initiatives, and ad hoc financial analyses.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Master's degree preferred 5+ years of FP&A experience Prior management experience required Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
