Job Full Description Key Responsibilities
Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas. May respond to e-mail inquiries. Customer service is the primary function. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal and external contacts Equipment Used
Associate needs to have: a smart device for the authentication app and an ethernet cable plug in
Equipment Provided by Client: Computer tower, 2 monitors, mouse, camera, headset, keyboard, mousepad Experience Required
6 months call center experience Shift Hours : : 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F
Estimated Length : 6 months with possible extension Home Internet: No cellular based Internet Service Providers i.e. (T-Mobile, Verizon Mobile, etc.) Must be a traditional wired from the pole to home Internet Service Provider. Commitment
