Clinical Dietitian: Nutrition Therapy & IDT Collaboration
PACE Southeast Michigan
PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to implement the Nutrition Care Process through comprehensive nutrition assessments, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluation of participant progress. The RD will work within the Interdisciplinary Team to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to participants with varying levels of nutrition risk. The role includes documenting PES statements, coordinating care with the IDT, and delivering individualized education and counseling #J-18808-Ljbffr PACE Southeast Michigan
