Job Description:
Provide specialized nursing care in the 3West Cardiac unit with a focus on progressive care, utilizing Meditech-HCA documentation and advanced cardiac knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Chest tube management and wound vac management
- Perform EKGs as needed
- Documentation of telemetry application and rhythm strip acknowledgment
Requirements:
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips
- Cardiac knowledge is preferred
