We re hiring a General Dentist who wants steady weekday hours, strong income potential, and meaningful student loan support.

You ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on bread and butter dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. This is a high-volume, Medicaid-focused practice with strong team support and no cosmetic pressure. You ll have autonomy in your clinical decisions while working alongside experienced dental leadership.

You ll practice in Milton, Florida, a welcoming Florida Panhandle community known for its natural beauty, relaxed pace of life, and proximity to the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $170,000 $210,000
• Productivity bonus
