Responsibilities Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards. Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements. Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases. Qualifications and Requirements Must Haves: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – valid and unrestricted in the state of operation. CPR Certification Preferred: Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance Clinical Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
