Summary The Operations Manager leads daily store operations at the Galleria Houston location, ensuring high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency. This role supervises and develops the operations team, oversees inventory and loss prevention, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to implement store initiatives. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures and staffing levels. Oversee inventory control, receiving, stock accuracy, and loss prevention activities. Lead, coach, and schedule operations staff to meet performance and service standards. Coordinate with merchandising, visual, and corporate teams to ensure execution of planograms and store standards. Ensure compliance with operational policies, health and safety, and local regulations. Requirements Minimum 4 years of retail operations or store management experience. Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving abilities. Familiarity with inventory management systems and loss prevention best practices.
