The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Strategic Finance team, working to execute the company’s growth strategy through new partnerships, evaluating expansion opportunities, and assessing key financial drivers. Responsibilities: Support Mergers & Acquisitions processes and due diligence, including financial analysis, engagement with potential partners, and presentation of findings to leadership Analyze key strategic initiatives such as capital projects, practice mergers, and organic growth opportunities Work closely with business development and finance leadership to assess risk and opportunity in strategic decisions Contribute to the preparation of materials for executive leadership and investment committees Build and maintain financial models to support growth strategies and transaction analysis.
