The Cook 2 position is an intermediate‑level cook requiring good communication and culinary experience. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings typically between 5:00 am – 11:30 pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays. The hourly rate for this position is $30.975 per hour. Qualifications Previous cooking experience. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. Able to work single line stations as well as volume production for banquets.
