About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and support them with guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also manage garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, support them with direct customer service. Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other. Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house including stockrooms. Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays that reflect trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Qualifications Who You Are Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store. Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
