Senior Designer

To support a growing Marketing & Business Development team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality design solutions for business development, marketing, and internal communications in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content Independently manage creative projects from concept development through production and final delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives Evaluate project requests and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to enhance the efficiency of Creative Services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro Experience creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and a strong understanding of design principles and brand systems Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
