Marketing Manager

Meta is hiring a remote Marketing Manager who can speak to a CFO and an Indianapolis small-business owner in the same afternoon. This results-oriented role offers $75,000 - $124,000, full ownership of Google Ads projects, and the support of a team that ships together.

Key Responsibilities

Draft the cold-outreach copy that survives a manager buyer's inbox

Run point on trade shows and pop-ups throughout IN

Map buyer pain to Meta's pitch deck, slide by slide

Translate Salesforce dashboards into stories the sales floor actually uses

Run experiments on sales marketing messaging and keep only what converts

Qualify hard, so the manager team only chases real money

What You'll Bring

Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain

Familiarity with Canva and related tools or frameworks

8 or more years steering sales marketing projects end to end

Fluency in Attention Management earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial

The reputation Meta enjoys across IN wasn't bought; the relentlessly-kind Indianapolis team earned it one sales marketing project at a time. Trust is the default setting at Meta; you have to actively spend it to lose it.

Beyond the $75,000 - $124,000 headline, we hand you a mentor, room to grow into manager work, and the freedom to shape your own week.

The freshness clock just ticked over, and this Marketing Manager slot stays open.

If you're excited about sales marketing work, we want to hear from you.
