The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (JJMT EP) US Commercial team is recruiting for a Regional Business Director role located in Fort Worth, TX and West Texas. This role focuses on advancing cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and stroke treatments, collaborating with electrophysiologists and clinical partners to deliver innovative solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive top line sales results in the assigned region of the US Sales & Field Service group, including defining and managing monthly and annual sales objectives for all sales and clinical personnel. Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned region. Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop/execution tactical sales plans, including quotas and account objectives. Coach and manage the performance and competency development of Territory Managers and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists. Oversee the use, budget allowance, and customer interactions of region’s per diem clinical support. Develop and enhance the clinical proficiency and certification of employees in partnership with the Clinical Education Manager. Develop sales and negotiation proficiencies of Territory Managers. Recruit, develop, and retain talent in the region. Implement company commercial, field training, product, and services marketing strategies under responsibility. Execute customer relationship strategies to maintain effective relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders. Develop strong customer relationships within the region. Drive organizational development and change initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders such as Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Sales Operations to develop and execute regional strategic plans. Participate in national projects for the field organization. Create a positive change environment that promotes team engagement and motivation. Infuse the Johnson & Johnson Credo values and Biosense Webster Company culture into the region. Ensure adherence to company programs, policies, and procedures (pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, compliance). Assess market conditions and develop competitive strategies to grow market share in line with company direction. Ensure subordinates follow all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties assigned as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING

Minimum 5 years of professional work experience. Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the US medical device industry, or 2 years of prior sales management experience in the healthcare industry. Experience as a field trainer or project leader. Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred. Capital selling experience preferred.
