HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient women’s health practice in Brooklyn, New York. This opportunity is ideal for an FNP with experience or a strong interest in gynecology, reproductive health, prenatal care, and preventive medicine. The provider will serve a high-volume patient population while delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians and specialists.

Position Highlights

• Annual base salary of $150,000–$190,000
• Outpatient women’s health and gynecology setting
• Established Mandarin-speaking patient population
• Preventive, reproductive, prenatal, and primary care services

• No inpatient responsibilities
• Long-term patient relationships and continuity of care

Responsibilities

• Perform annual gynecological and comprehensive physical examinations
• Provide cervical cancer screening, Pap testing, HPV testing, and breast-health screening
• Diagnose and manage common gynecological and primary care conditions
• Provide prenatal and postpartum care within the provider’s scope of practice
• Screen for postpartum depression, domestic violence, and behavioral health concerns
• Provide STI screening, treatment, counseling, and preventive education
• Educate patients regarding HPV vaccination, contraception, reproductive health, and disease prevention
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, psychologists, and gynecologic oncologists
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese required
• Women’s health, OB/GYN, prenatal, or outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Comfortable performing gynecological examinations and preventive screenings
• Able to work efficiently within a high-volume outpatient environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and patient-centered care

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually
• Final compensation determined by relevant experience, women’s health expertise, language proficiency, and agreed schedule
