Clinical Nurse Educator

Field Nurse Educator (RN)Are you passionate about developing nurses and elevating the quality of patient care? C2Q Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Nurse Educator (RN) to lead the education, coaching, and clinical development of our nursing teams. In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on patient care with education and mentorship—empowering nurses to build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and deliver exceptional care to vulnerable populations throughout New York.What You'll DoDesign and deliver orientation programs, competency assessments, annual education, and continuing education.Develop engaging instructor-led training using adult learning principles.Create job aids, competency checklists, reference guides, and educational materials.Conduct participant home visits and ride-alongs to coach and evaluate field nurses.Complete competency evaluations and provide individualized coaching and remediation.Partner with Clinical Leadership, Quality, Compliance, and Operations to improve practice.Participate in Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement initiatives.Evaluate new hires and provide recommendations regarding orientation completion and readiness.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsActive, unrestricted New York State RN licenseBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Five (5)+ years of healthcare education, clinical training, or nurse educator experienceExperience designing and facilitating education using adult learning principlesMinimum two (2) years independently providing participant home visitsStrong communication, presentation, and coaching skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in NursingPACE, Home Care, Managed Care, or Community-Based Healthcare experienceExperience with competency evaluations and curriculum developmentExperience caring for frail or elderly populationsWhy Join C2Q Health Solutions?Monday–Friday daytime schedule28 Paid Time Off (PTO) days annually9 Paid HolidaysTuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually401K retirement plan with employer contributionsMedical, dental, and vision coverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) optionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Transit and commuter benefitsGym reimbursement up to $400 annuallyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Relias learning platform and professional development opportunitiesAbout C2Q Health SolutionsC2Q Health Solutions is part of CenterLight Health Systems.
