Registered Nurse/RN - Labor and Delivery PRN Nights

Registered Nurse/RN – Labor & Delivery PRN III Nights Work location: Texas Health Rockwall – 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032. Work hours: PRN 'as needed' – variable 12‑hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be available to work a minimum of (6) 12‑hour shifts per six‑week period, (2) weekend shifts per six‑week period, (1) major holiday and (2) minor holiday shifts per year. Training: Must attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am‑5pm during the first 1‑5 days of hire. Qualifications Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. 1‑year experience as a registered nurse required. 1‑year Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred. Texas RN license required upon hire. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required upon hire and maintained quarterly. ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire. NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire. NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire. CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire. STABLE Program completion recommended. AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring required within two years of hire.
