Location: Youngsville, LAPay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
1-hour lunch at noon. Overtime available as needed.
Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! We're seeking a dependable Metal Finisher to join our production team in Youngsville, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Previous experience is preferred but not required -we're willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn. If you've worked with hand tools, automotive detailing, sanding, grinding, buffing, construction, landscaping, warehouse work, or other hands-on labor, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsib ilities
- Sand, grind, buff, polish, and finish metal components.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare materials for painting, coating, or final assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Assist with additional shop duties as assigned.
- Previous experience using hand tools is preferred but not required.
- Experience in sanding, buffing, grinding, automotive detailing, construction, fabrication, warehouse, or general labor is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Shows up on time and is dependable.
- Learns quickly and takes pride in their work.
- Enjoys hands-on work and working with tools.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to grow with the company.
