Overview Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation - Owings Mills, MD Position: Physical Therapist Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Incentives: Up to $10,000 bonus and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!) We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Whether you're an experienced clinician or looking to grow into a leadership role, we offer the support and resources you need to thrive. Our therapists treat an average of 10-12 patients per day , with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. Our large multidisciplinary team of clinicians focuses on quality over quantity. Our outpatient center offers a diverse list of specialties, including: General Orthopedics Sports Medicine Amputees Neurology Rehabilitation Vestibular Rehabilitation Concussion Management Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) Post Offer Employment Testing (POETs) Fall Prevention Dry Needling Hand Therapy Have a specialty you’re passionate about? We’re open to expanding our services based on your interests and expertise. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior) Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate Compensation & Perks: Base Salary: Starting at $80,000+ , based on experience Bonuses: Up to $10,000 and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!)
