Food Service Lead at Subway 9051
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Lead to join our team at Subway 9051. The Food Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service area, including supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train food service staff
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Prepare and serve food items according to Subway's recipes and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Customer service-oriented mindset
