The Busser is responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and maintaining cleanliness throughout all dining areas. This role supports servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team to keep service moving during busy shifts. Bussers remove dishes and drinkware, wipe and sanitize tables, restock service stations, refill ice and supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Their hustle directly impacts how quickly guests are seated, how efficiently tables turn, and how smoothly the entire team operates. Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support all areas of service. Positive attitude with a professional and guest‑focused approach. Strong communication and awareness during busy service periods. Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physically able to stand and move for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnover. Remove dirty dishes, drinkware, and utensils promptly. Deliver food and beverages to guests as needed to support service flow. Assist servers and bartenders during busy periods to maintain smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas. Wipe tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas to ensure guest‑ready spaces. Assist dish staff with scraping, stacking, and transporting dishes when needed. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean spills to maintain safety and sanitation standards. Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed. Complete opening and closing duties for the shift.
