Requirements A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A strong desire to sell memberships and value to clients A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Engage with clients in regard to interests and goals; recommend services from there Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area When you’re ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let’s talk.
