Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive team. This fully remote position is perfect for professionals looking for flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and a collaborative work environment. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists to implement treatment plans. Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports. Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Conduct quarterly competency assessments for the team. Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
