Compensation: $250,000 - $280,000 Base
Description: Litigation Associate with five to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
- Experience in New York State and federal courts.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions.
- Experience with real estate and finance matters preferred.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
