Why This Role Exists

We're expanding our Pulmonology services and need a founding clinician to serve as a part-time consultant. You will help us shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and if interested, create a launch-pad to build or grow your own independent practicewithout the usual operational headache.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Pulmonology license in good standing in Florida.
• Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization-management processes is a plus.
• Passion for expanding equitable private practice care and experimenting with outcome-driven models.
• Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration

Compensation will be $300 per hour.
