Product Summary: Cabinetry + cabinetry hardware, PPE, synthetic countertops, plywood/laminates, finishes/coatings, adhesives, fasteners, abrasives, sinks, lighting, machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Compensation Structure: Base (Target Salary) $70k to $80k based on experience + Quarterly Commission Bonuses (Performance Based). You will have the opportunity to discuss compensation potential in further detail with management during the interview process. Automotive Allowance: $600/month (tax free) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS". As a Territory Manager, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers. Requirements Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena Bachelor's degree is preferred Advanced Excel skills Excellent written and communication skills Bundled consumer‑driven Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental (Aetna), and Vision (VSP) pricing.
