Additional increase if you are a certified phlebotomist.Key Responsibilities:Patient Support: Assist dentists with patient examinations and procedures.Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health records (EHR) system.Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.Patient Education: Provide patient education and support.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.What we are looking for:High School Diploma/GED and valid driver's license are required.BLS Certification upon hireIntent to complete dental board-approved radiology certification (DANB RHS or other) To be completed within 6 months of hire date, expected to retake exam within 3 months of first written exam attempt and taken until passesGraduate of a certified dental assistant program is preferredCompetent computer skillsTwo (2) years of dental clinic experience is preferredHealthcare related experience is preferredPerks & Benefits:Competitive salary reassessed annuallyChoose your coverage benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance options100% discounted medical health care for employee and 50% for family membersNo nights or weekends for great work-life balancePaid time off, extended illness, and holidaysRetirement plan.
